How to Make 3D Jelly Cake ? - Part 1
1. Prepare
- Forms for baking, Bowl or glass bowl, depending on the size of small cakes.
- Bowls used to mix colors for shaping flowers.
- Water measuring instruments.
- 3D Jelly Tools
- Bottle of 3D Jelly Tools or 10ml-20ml syringe type
- Spoon used to mix colors
- Scoop jelly
- Sugar, food coloring, milk, fresh milk or milk creams (topping cream), chocolate, powdered green tea, pandan, coconut, mint, cheese, fruit ... depending on appetites.
- Seaweed jelly or agar agar powder
2. Cooking clear jelly
- Add 1 liter of water into the pot. Mix 160g sugar with 10g seaweed jelly. Then pour the mixture into the pot and stir.
- Place the pot on the stove, small lighters, just boil while stirring until completely melted jelly, skim jelly carefully to be more clear jelly
- Pour jelly into the mold, bowl or small glass cup high around 3-5cm (depending on the height of the petals), waiting for the jelly to cool and solidify.

3. Cook colored jelly powder
- For 300ml water in a saucepan. Mix 80g sugar with 5g jelly powder. Then pour the mixture into water and stir well.
- Place the pot on the stove, slightly lighter, just boil while stirring until completely melted jelly.
- For fresh milk 200ml or cream milk was heated in a pot, bring to a boil again, turn off the stove.
- Pour jelly into each bowl and mix custom colors, warm by bain-marie boiler (Double Boiler)
*Note: Do not give jelly in the refrigerator to quickly frozen, jelly will be prone to delamination.
